El que con ánimo de lucrarse o para satisfacer los deseos de otro, induzca al comercio carnal o a la prostitución a otra persona, incurrirá en prisión de diez (10) a veintidós (22) años y multa de sesenta y seis (66) a setecientos cincuenta (750) salarios mínimos legales mensuales vigentes.
