Artículo 163.- Inhabilidades. No podrá ser elegido Contralor, quien:

a)

Haya sido Contralor o Auditor de la Contralorí a Municipal en todo o parte del periodo inmediatamente anterior, como titular o como encargado ;

b)

Haya sido miembro de los tribunales que hagan la postulación o del Concejo que deba hacer la elección , dentro de los tres años anteriores;

c)

Esté incurso dentro de las inhabilidades señaladas en el artículo 95 y parágrafo de esta Ley, en lo que sea aplicable.
