La presente ley regirá tres meses después de su sanción y deroga las disposiciones que le sean contrarias, salvo las normas referidas a los aspectos disciplinarios previstos en la Ley 190 de 1995 y el régimen especial disciplinario establecido para los miembros de la fuerza pública.
