ARTICULO 87. Término de prescripción de la pena. La pena privativa de la libertad prescribe en el término fijado para ella en la sentencia, pero en ningún caso podrá ser inferior a cinco (5) años. En este último lapso prescribe la pena no privativa de la libertad.
