Articulo 86 . Si el concesionario, sin causa justificada, no cancela al apostador la totalidad del premio derivado de la apuesta efectuada, la entidad concedente declarara la caducidad del contrato y cancelara la licencia correspondiente. Igualmente, la entidad concedente hará efectiva la fianza o deposito y con ella cancelara el premio requerido.
