Los proyectos de inversión que se oferten al patrimonio autónomo a que se refiere el Decreto 1432 de 2013 y que incluyan como fuente de financiación recursos del Sistema General de Regalías, podrán ser ejecutados en predios de propiedad de entidades públicas o privadas, en la medida en que sean escogidos de acuerdo con lo establecido en los términos de referencia del respectivo proceso de selección.
