La Dirección de Personal, junto con el Departamento de Sanidad y la Sección de Remonta del Ministerio de Guerra, procederá a liquidar y precisar el tiempo de servicio y la fecha de ingreso a él de todos y cada uno de los Oficiales de Sanidad, odontólogos y veterinarios, antes del quince de marzo venidero, con el objeto de que la Sección de Sueldos de Retiro pueda liquidar y cobrar los aportes que estos Oficiales estén debiendo a la Caja de Sueldos de Retiro por concepto de cuotas de 3 por 100 y del 4 por 100.
