° Por Decreto separado se hará el nombramiento de los individuos que deben representar al Gobierno Nacional en las solemnidades que se celebren en la capital de la República; en las capitales de los Departamentos, Provincias o Municipios, corresponde esa representación a los señores Gobernadores, Prefectos y Alcaldes. Comuníquese y publíquese.
