Art. 1.° Establécese en la Tesorería jeneral de la Union i con dependencia de esta oficina, una Seccion especialmente encargada del cuidado del archivo de Bienes desamortizados, compuesta de un Oficial, Jefe, un Escribiente i un Portero-escribiente, con los sueldos de novecientos sesenta pesos ($ 960) anuales, cuatrocientos ochenta pesos ($ 480) anuales i doscientos cuarenta pesos ($ 240) anuales, respectivamente.
