Dentro de la zona otorgada podrá el titular del derecho ocupar el terreno con los montajes, máquinas y edificaciones que requieran la exploración, explotación, el personal al servicio de la empresa, el beneficio y la transformación de los minerales. También podrá abrir o construir canales, tongas, socavones y demás obras superficiales o subterráneas, de laboreo, en el número, la profundidad y la extensión necesarios.
