Territorio y Comunidad Indígenas. Para los efectos previstos en el artículo anterior, se entienden por territorios indígenas las áreas poseídas en forma regular y permanente por una comunidad, parcialidad o grupo indígena de conformidad con lo dispuesto en la Ley 21de 1991 y demás leyes que la modifiquen, amplíen o sustituyan.
