De La Ley, Tendrá En Cuenta, Además De La Limitación De Población Prevista En El Artículo 2º Las Siguientes Prioridades: 1º Carencia Y Necesidad Justificable Del Recurso Médico En Una Localidad

Artículo cuarto. Cada Secretaría o Dirección Seccional de Salud Pública, para seleccionar los cargos destinados al Servicio Médico Obligatorio a que se refiere los literales a) y b) del artículo 1º de la Ley, tendrá en cuenta, además de la limitación de población prevista en el artículo 2º las siguientes prioridades: 1º Carencia y necesidad justificable del recurso médico en una localidad. 2º Necesidad de incrementar los servicios médicos, preferencialmente en hospitales. 3º Además se requerirán las siguientes condiciones

Local y dotación mínima adecuados.

Financiación, y

Posibilidades de supervisión eficientes.
