Artículo único. Será permitida también la entrada por Bocas de Ceniza a los buques de vela o vapor que hagan el comercio de cabotaje i costanero en los puertos colombianos.

Queda en estos términos adicionado i reformado el artículo 1.° de la lei 43 de 18 de mayo de 1877, "que permite la entrada por Bocas de Ceniza, en el rio Magdalena, a los buques de vapor i de vela."
