El personal subalterno que en la actualidad cumple las funciones de registro civil en las notarias y demás oficinas encargadas de la prestación de dicho servicio, será instruido en las características del nuevo sistema por los Notarios y demás funcionarios encargados, quienes pueden solicitar al efecto la colaboración de la Superintendencia de notariado y Registro o del Servicio Nacional de Inscripción.
