Para los efectos del artículo 16 de la Ley 64 de 1978 y de acuerdo con el

Parágrafo

del mismo, la multa se tasará entre uno y veinte salarios mínimos mensuales, multa que se hará efectiva mediante el procedimiento allí establecido. V. DEL EJERCICIO TEMPORAL DE LOS PROFESIONALES EXTRANJEROS EN EL PAIS .
