° La Nación-Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, contratará con La Previsora S. A., Compañía de Seguros, un seguro con cobertura en todo el territorio nacional, que ampare los vehículos de servicio público de transporte colectivo de pasajeros por el término de setenta y dos (72) horas, comprendidas entre las 18:00 horas del día 13, hasta las 18:00 horas del día 16 de noviembre de 1990.
