º Todo Vehículo Blindado Que Se Introduzca Bajo El Régimen De Este Decreto, Debe Registrarse Dentro De Los Treinta (30) Días Siguientes A Su Llegada Al País, En El Departamento Control Comercio De Armas, Municiones Y Explosivos, Del Comando General De Las Fuerzas Militares Y Para Poder Transitar Por El Territorio Colombiano, El Intra Expedirá Las Placas De Internación Temporal Y Su Correspondiente Licencia De Tránsito

º Todo vehículo blindado que se introduzca bajo el régimen de este Decreto, debe registrarse dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes a su llegada al país, en el Departamento Control Comercio de Armas, Municiones y Explosivos, del Comando General de las Fuerzas Militares y para poder transitar por el territorio colombiano, el INTRA expedirá las placas de internación temporal y su correspondiente licencia de tránsito.

Parágrafo

El INTRA determinará los requisitos que deben cumplir para obtener las placas y la licencia de tránsito las personas autorizadas para internar temporalmente un vehículo blindado.
