Serán afiliados obligatorios al régimen contributivo los afiliados de que trata el literal a) del artículo 157.
El Gobierno podrá establecer los sistemas de control que estime necesarios para evitar que los afiliados obligatorios al régimen contributivo y las personas de altos ingresos se beneficien de los subsidios previstos en la presente Ley.
