Cada tres meses las casa de educación de que trata esta Ley, a expedición de las casas de observación, rendirán al Juez de Menores un informe sobre el mejoramiento o retraso moral, mental y físico y sobre ; la orientación profesional de los menores, de manera que sobre él pueda fundar el Juez la revocación o reforma de la primitiva providencia.
