Lo Que Quede Después De Hechas Las Deducciones O Apropiaciones Previstas En El Articúlo

Lo que quede después de hechas las deducciones o apropiaciones previstas en el articúlo. anterior, se distribuirá como dividendos entre los accionistas, a prorrata de sus acciones. Pero la suma que se distribuya no podrá ser superior al 6% anual sobre el valor de las acciones.

Parágrafo

Las utilidades que le corresponden al Gobierno Nacional por concepto de dividendos, ingresarán a un fondo especial denominado de Recapitaüzación, con el propósito de suscribir y adquirir para el Estado nuevas acciones a medida que se decreten aumentos de capital.
