La Junta De Licitaciones Tendrá Facultad Para Estudiar Las Ofertas Y Licitaciones Y Hacer Las Adjudicaciones En Los Contratos U Otras Operaciones Que Deba Acelerar El Ministerio, Sobre Suministro De Bienes O Servicios Con Destino A Las Intendencias Y Comisarías

Articulo 41. La Junta de Licitaciones tendrá facultad para estudiar las ofertas y licitaciones y hacer las adjudicaciones en los contratos u otras operaciones que deba acelerar el Ministerio, sobre suministro de bienes o servicios con destino a las Intendencias y Comisarías.

Parágrafo

La Junta de Licitaciones se ceñirá a lo dispuesto por el Decreto numero 2880 de 1959 y podrá demandar, cuando lo estime conveniente, la colaboración de cualquier funcionario técnico del Gobierno Nacional, quien estará en la obligación de prestarla. XIV - De la Comisión le Personal.
