Programa de Promotores(as) Comunitarios de Paz y Convivencia. Se creará a instancias del Ministerio del Interior, y en coordinación con el Ministerio de Justicia, el Programa de Promotores(as) Comunitarios de Paz y Convivencia, el cual tendrá como propósito el impulsar mecanismos alternativos de resolución de conflictos en los territorios, promover la defensa de los derechos humanos y estimular la convivencia comunitaria. El Programa de Promotores será reglamentado por el Gobierno nacional.
