El Gobierno Nacional, por conducto del Ministerio de Obras Públicas, queda autorizado para convenir con el Departamento del Valle y el Municipio de Tuluá, si estas entidades consideraren conveniente, que sus respectivas oficinas funcionen también en el edificio de que trata el artículo 1°, la forma y términos para la construcción de un solo edificio nacional, departamental y municipal.
