Article 38

De Conformidad Con La Ley 9ª De 1979, El Incumplimiento O Violación De Las Disposiciones Del Presente Decreto Acarrea Para Los Infractores Las Siguientes Sanciones Administrativas: A) Amonestación Escrita; B) Multas Sucesivas; C) Decomiso De Productos O Componentes Anatómicos, Cuando Sea Del Caso; D) Suspensión De La Licencia Para Realizar Las Prácticas A Que Se Refiere El Presente Decreto, Hasta Por Un Año; E) Cancelación De La Licencia Para Realizar Las Prácticas A Que Se Refiere El Presente Decreto

De conformidad con la Ley 9ª de 1979, el incumplimiento o violación de las disposiciones del presente Decreto acarrea para los infractores las siguientes sanciones administrativas

a)

Amonestación escrita;

b)

Multas sucesivas;

c)

Decomiso de productos o componentes anatómicos, cuando sea del caso;

d)

Suspensión de la licencia para realizar las prácticas a que se refiere el presente Decreto, hasta por un año;

e)

Cancelación de la licencia para realizar las prácticas a que se refiere el presente Decreto.
