La Comisión De Regulación De Energía Y Gas, Creg, Una Vez Expedido El Presente Decreto, Revisará Y Adoptará Inmediatamente Todas Las Medidas A Que Haya Lugar Para Evitar Conductas De Los Agentes Que Puedan Producir Insalvables Restricciones En La Oferta De Gas Natural O Situaciones De Grave Emergencia, No Transitorias
