º. Disolución. Dispónese la disolución y liquidación de la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero S. A., creada por la Ley 57 de 1931. En consecuencia, de conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 222 del Código de Comercio procédase de inmediato a su liquidación, y prohíbese a la entidad iniciar nuevas operaciones en desarrollo de su objeto, salvo aquellas que estén encaminadas a lograr su inmediata liquidación.
