Denuncia

En cualquier momento después de la expiración de un plazo de tres años contado desde la fecha de la entrada en vigor del presente Convenio respecto de una Parte, esa Parte podrá denunciar el Convenio mediante notificación hecha por escrito al Depositario.

La denuncia será efectiva un año después de la fecha en que el Depositario haya recibido la notificación o en cualquier fecha posterior que en ésta se señale.
