Las estaciones comprendidas en el inciso primero del artículo anterior, podrán aceptar o entregar mensajes de acuerdo con las tarifas que convengan con el Gobierno, al tenor de 1o establecido en artículo 34 este Decreto. Las estaciones a que se refiere el inciso segundo del artículo anterior se entenderán exclusivamente para seguridad e información entre aeronave y tierra, y no podrán recibir mensajes particulares.
