Artículo transitorio. Las demandas presentadas ante la Corte Suprema de Justicia después del 1º de junio de 1991, serán enviadas por ésta a la Corte Constitucional al día siguiente de su instalación formal. La Corte Constitucional las distribuirá dentro de los sucesivos programas de trabajo y reparto y adoptará la decisión correspondiente sobre la última de ellas antes del 1º de junio de 1992.
