Art. 10. Para los efectos de este decreto, se formarán desde 1.° de setiembre entrante los cuadros siguientes: 1.° De militares de la Independencia: 2.° De inválidos, que correrá a cargo del mismo Habilitado que lleve el anterior ; i 3.° De todos los demas pensionados, el cual se denominará "Cuadro de pensiones comunes," i correrá a cargo do un Habilitado.
