º. El reconocimiento de personería jurídica debe solicitarse al Ministerio mediante escrito del Presidente provisional de la asociación, a la cual se acompañará

Copia autenticada del acta de la asamblea de constitución y elección de dignatarios provisionales.

Copia autenticada de los estatutos y constancia de su aprobación por la asamblea de asociados.

Relación de asociados con indicación de su domicilio y documento de identidad o estatuto jurídico de que derivan su existencia, si se trata de personas jurídicas. Todos estos documentos deben estar suscritos por el Presidente y Secretario de la asociación.
