En la providencia en que se concede la excarcelación, se podrán imponer al agraciado cuando las circunstancias lo exijan y bajo pena de pago de la caución y revocación de la libertad, la obligación de residir, mientras dure el proceso, en el Circuito donde éste se sigue, o fuera de determinado. Municipio; la de presentarse periódicamente a la autoridad y la de pagar los gastos de la captura y recaudo de la caución.
