El último inciso del artículo 8º del Decreto 3086 de 1997, quedará así: "Hasta junio 30 de 1998 las deducciones fijadas en este artículo computarán por el doce y medio por ciento (12.5%), hasta diciembre 31 de 1999, las deducciones se realizarán por el veinticinco por ciento (25%), a partir del 1º de enero del 2000, las deducciones se realizarán por el cincuenta por ciento (50%), y a partir del 1º de julio del 2000 las deducciones se realizarán por el ciento por ciento (100%)".
