Decrétase la publicación de las obras completas del doctor Antonio José Uribe, por cuenta del Estado, y autorizase al Gobierno para que, por intermedio del Ministerio de Educación Nacional, lleve a cabo los arreglos que fueren del caso para la impresión y distribución de dichas obras.
