Artículo único. Por razón de haberse establecido un tren diario mixto entre la estación de La Mesa, Facatativá y Bogotá, créase el empleo de Conductor de dicho tren, con la misma asignación mensual que tienen los Conductores de trenes de carga, y nómbrase para desempeñarlo al señor Guillermo Duffo V. Comuníquese y publíquese.
