En los lugares en donde por disposición del Gobierno se recauden derechos de Aduana, á virtud de giros hechos á cargo de los introductores, por las Administraciones de esa Renta, los Administradores de Circuito de Hacienda harán en adelante efectivos tales giros y describirán las operaciones correspondientes.
