° Los recaudos con destino a la Marina Mercante Colombiana ordenados en los artículos 1° y 2° de la Ley 3ª de 1966, serán girados por la Empresa Puertos de Colombia en los primeros diez (10) días del mes siguiente al que fueren causados, al Fondo Rotatorio de la Armada Nacional.
