Art. 2.º La posesión se dará de acuerdo con el plano que quede en la Gobernación del Departamento, y por los linderos que determine la resolución de la adjudicación definitiva. Para este efecto, el Gobernador remitirá al Juez respectivo el expediente y el plano en calidad de devolución.
