Cumplimiento parcial de los Compromisos . El monto de la liquidación efectuada por concepto de gravámenes arancelarios se reducirá en una cantidad equivalente al porcentaje de cumplimiento de los compromisos de exportación certificados por la Dirección General de Comercio Exterior del Ministerio de Comercio Exterior o la entidad que haga sus veces, cuando haya lugar a ello.
