Créanse con el nombre de Recaudadores del impuesto sobre los cigarrillos, los siguientes empleados: uno en Bogotá; otro en Barranquilla; otro en Bucaramanga y otro en Medellín, los cuales tendrán los ayudantes que a continuación se expresan, a saber: el de Bogotá tres; el de Medellín dos, y uno cada uno de los de Barranquilla y Bucaramanga.
