Los que porten armas de las indicadas en el inciso 1º del artículo 2º del Decreto 1449 de 1939, y los que lleven consigo sin causa justificativa, instrumentos de trabajo en lugares o circunstancias que hagan presumir el ánimo de usarlos como armas cortantes, punzantes o contundentes, serán sancionados con el decomiso y multa de diez pesos ($10) a cincuenta pesos ($50).
