Créase la Junta Central de Título Odontológicos constituida por cinco dentistas titulados que serán nombrados: uno por el Rector de la Universidad Nacional; dos por la Escuela Nacional de Odontología; uno por el Decano de la Facultad, y el Director de la Escuela Nacional de Odontología, que será su Presidente. El Secretario lo será el Secretario de la Escuela Nacional de Odontología, y funcionará en el local de ésta.
