Artículo único. Corresponde al Ministro de Gobierno refrendar y comunicar las resoluciones del Presidente de la República, dictadas previo concepto del Consejo de Ministros, en cumplimiento de los artículos 3° y 11 de los Decretos números 59 de 1942 y 1233 de 1943, de carácter extraordinario, sobre control de bienes de algunos extranjeros. Comuníquese y publíquese.
