El Instituto se ceñirá en el cumplimiento de sus funciones a las normas legales que lo rigen y a los presentes estatutos, y no podrá desarrollar actividades, ni ejecutar actos distintos de los allí , previstos, ni destinar cualquier parte de sus bienes orecursos para fines diferentes a los contemplados en dichas normas.
