Articulo 4° La tropa a bordo estará a las órdenes inmediatas del Oficial que la comande, pero esto deberá en todo caso proceder en completa armonía con el Capitán del barco, y en forma tal que el último conserve la autoridad que le corresponde como Comandante del barco y que se cumplan sus disposiciones relativas a la navegación y gobierno del buque.
