Art. 31. En todos los casos en que el factor, el interventor o el fiel de almacenes tengan que ausentarse, entregaran a los que respectivamente les sustituyan, i por ante la autoridad que practique la visita mensual, todos los valores de que respectivamente se haya hecho cargo, practicándose la misma dilijencia cuando entren o vuelvan al ejercicio de sus destinos. En caso de no verificarse así, quedara al que se ausenta la responsabilidad mancomunada. CAPITULO 4 De la inspección de siembras.
