Devolución de la garantía. Al solicitante que no le sea otorgada la concesión le será devuelta la póliza o el certificado de garantía por parte de la Superintendencia General de Puertos dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes a aquel en que quede en firme la resolución que niega su solicitud o que otorga la concesión a Sociedad Portuaria distinta.
