Cartas de control . En las cartas impresas de los termógrafos a que se refiere el artículo anterior, deberán quedar registrados los siguientes datos
Número de termógrafo a que pertenecen, cuando haya más de uno.
Fecha de proceso;
Temperatura y tiempo de funcionamiento del equipo;
Observaciones y firmas del operador y del Jefe de planta.
