Art. 2º Los fondos destinados a éste por los incisos 1º, 2º, 6º, 8º y 9º del artículo 2º de la Ley, los retirarán los Pagadores del sueldo de Jefes y Oficiales en actividad o que tengan cargo administrativo en el Ejército, exceptuando los sueldos de individuos que sirvan en él sin grado militar, o que sólo lo tengan por asimilación.
