Al entrar en vigencia el presente estatuto, los certificados sobre fincas a las cuales aun no se haya abierto el folio de matrícula, serán expedidos por duplicado para conservar un ejemplar en la oficina que sirva de antecedente para cuando se proceda a la apertura del folio de matricula que le corresponda, dándole entonces el numero que lo distinga y actualizándolo hasta ese momento.
